About Us

RC Imaging (formerly Rochester Cassette Sales & Service) specializes in expert cassette repair services for both computed radiography and analog applications. We also provide new and remanufactured x-ray cassettes, replacement imaging plates, intensifying screens, grids, grid adaptive products and many x-ray accessory items.

Founded by a former chief radiographer in 1991, we have built our reputation on painstaking craftsmanship because we understand the importance of quality diagnostic imaging in patient care. This tradition continues today in our clean, modern facility in upstate New York.

All work is performed by hand following factory-specified procedures. Every item we repair is thoroughly inspected and tested using modern x-ray exposure, film processing, and computed radiography equipment.

All of our new or remanufactured radiographic products and repair services are available to you direct from our facility as well as through our network of qualified x-ray product dealers throughout the United States.
